LGBTQIA+ 基础知识：理解多样性的简单指南

语言塑造了我们如何看待、命名和尊重我们周围的世界。当我们给某样东西命名时，我们使它变得可见，而可见性是一种强有力的尊重行为。
在关于性别和性取向多样性的对话中，我们经常听到一些并非人人都理解的术语。所以，让我们花点时间来探索它们：清晰、冷静，并怀着连接的意图。
LGBTQIA+是什么意思？
L 代表 女同性恋G 代表 男同性恋B 代表 双性恋T 代表 跨性别Q 代表 酷儿/疑问I 代表 双性人A 代表 无性恋
“+” 包含了这些字母之外的一切：提醒我们人类的多样性无法被缩写词所限制。
性取向
指的是你在情感上、浪漫上或性方面被谁吸引。
异性恋：被不同性别吸引。
同性恋：被相同性别吸引。
双性恋：被多于一种性别吸引。
泛性恋：不论性别被人吸引。
无性恋：几乎没有或没有性吸引的体验。
性别认同
这是你如何感知自己以及内心对自己性别的感受。
顺性别：当你的性别认同与你出生时被指定的性别相符。
跨性别：当不相符时。
非二元性别：当你不完全认同为男性或女性时。
性别流动：当你的认同随时间变化。
性别认同是非常个人的：它不是外在可见的，而是内心感受到的。
性别表达
你如何通过服装、风格、肢体语言或声音来展现你的性别。你的表达可以是 阳刚、阴柔、中性，或介于两者之间。这是一种自我表达的形式，而非定义，也不一定与性取向或性别认同相符。
双性人
双性人生来具有不符合典型“男性”或“女性”定义的生物特征（如染色体、激素或解剖结构）。这是自然的，是人类的一部分，也是我们物种令人难以置信的多样性的一部分。最重要的是拥有选择、定义和存在的权利，不受医疗或社会的强加。
你可能听到的其他词汇
酷儿：曾是侮辱词，现在被自豪地重新定义为任何身份或取向超出常规的人使用的术语。
盟友：不是LGBTQ+成员，但以同理心和行动支持该群体的人。
骄傲：不仅是庆祝——更是可见性、平等和各种形式的爱的宣言。
常见错误需避免
说 “性偏好” 而不是 “性取向”
假设性别认同和性取向是相同的——它们不是。
否定不符合二元或传统类别的人。
